“Rex,” Ahsoka began, her voice steady though worry lines crinkled her forehead. “We have to find a way out of this ship.”
Rex, a seasoned clone trooper, nodded his head. “We will, Ahsoka. We will,” he replied, his tone filled with determination.
“Now,” they chorused, echoing in the ship, “It’s time for us to slip away, to make our great escape today!”

“Remember, Rex,” Ahsoka said, her voice barely above a whisper. “We can’t harm our friends.”
Rex looked at her, his eyes filled with understanding. “I know, Ahsoka. We’ll stun them, not hurt them.”

They moved through the corridors, their movements synchronized. Ahsoka with her two lightsabers, white as the purest snow, and Rex with his blasters, set to stun and not to overthrow.
Soon they came to a great, cavernous hangar, filled with droids and ships. Rex looked at Ahsoka, his eyes wide. “That’s our ticket out of here.”
But the hangar was guarded by their former friends, their faces hidden behind helmets, their loyalty reprogrammed.

Rex nodded, his mind already whirling with plans. “I think I have just the thing, Ahsoka.”
“Once more,” they said, their voices strong, “It’s time for us to slip away, to make our great escape today!”

With the guards distracted, Ahsoka and Rex made their move. They darted towards the nearest ship, their hearts thumping in their chests. Ahsoka deftly deflected any stun blasts that came their way, her lightsabers a blur of white.
They leaped onto the ship, Rex quickly firing up the engines. But their escape was not yet clear, for the guards had returned, their blasters aimed at the ship.

Rex hit the thrusters, and the ship shot forward. Ahsoka held on tight, deflecting the stun blasts with her lightsabers. Then, with a final leap, she was inside the ship, the hatch closing behind her.
“Last time,” they exclaimed, their voices filled with joy, “We’ve made our great escape today, we’re safe and sound, hooray!”

“But for now,” Ahsoka said, her hand resting on Rex’s shoulder, “it’s time for us to rest, to dream of brighter days.”
Rex nodded, a tired smile on his face. “Yes, Ahsoka. It’s time for us to rest.”
“Tonight,” they said, their voices soft, “We’ll dream of brighter days to come, of peace and hope and love.”

And to all a good night, in a galaxy far, far away. Sleep tight, dream bright, until the dawn of a new day.
